The farm lies in the countryside of San Gavino Monreale, for the most part in "S'argidda" region (from which its name comes), for about 27 hectares.
The remaining part, up to about 43 total hectares, is displaced in different areas within the same municipal district. These areas are called "Campu 'e linus", "Grui", "S'arrideli", "Sa caudela" and "Su matutzu".
Woods of eucalyptus, elm, holm-oak, ash and poplar trees occupy a 24 hectares area.
The main farm is easily accessible because it is next to the 197 State Road at the 17,500 km, in the stretch that connects San Gavino to Sanluri and it is about 2 km from the village.

"S'Argidda" was founded in 2002 to manage the farm with the intention of improving it and using it to best of its potential.
I am specialized in forage and sowing productions, particularly cereals, that represent the natural and historical vocation of our land.
I also have a small garden and a small orchard, as well as some pulses and some aromatic essences.
Among them, my saffron production deserves special attention: considering its quality and purity, certified by the important "Presidio Slow FoodŽ" brand and very soon by the D.O.P. brand, it pridly constitutes our flagship.
